As part of the second cycle of open lectures in Yerevan organized by HSE University School of Design, Ivan Metelkin, partner of Barekamutyun company, will present the Zeytun residential cluster project.
"This residential cluster is our first project in Yerevan. We're currently in the construction phase while simultaneously completing legal documentation, refining our communication strategy, and preparing for resident move-in.
As an entrepreneur and systems engineering methodology expert, I'll explain how at Barekamutyun we coordinate the work of architects, interior designers, decorators, developers, construction teams, financial specialists, and engineers across various disciplines - essentially all the professionals involved at different project stages, each responsible for their specific domain. Most importantly, I'll share how we focus all these efforts on meeting residents' needs."
